She is now considered one of America’s greatest living artists.

Although she is a Virginia-based artist, Pat Moss has found inspiration from other locations, including central Pennsylvania. Some of her best-known artwork features the “Plain People” — the Amish and Mennonite communities that populate both Virginia and Pennsylvania.
