Product Return:
A product return is welcome with a receipt for an item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition.
Simply return the item to Old Main Frame Shop, 2766 West College Ave. Suite 100, State College PA 16801.
Your account will be credited for the merchandise being returned. Old Main Frame Shop is unable to refund shipping costs. Receipts for your return will be either emailed or mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
All items MUST be in their original condition and returned in the original package.

Damaged / Incorrect Items:
For damaged items follow these steps:
- Contact Old Main Frame Shop at 814-237-3442 or e-mail us at omfs136@aol.com to notify us of the problem.
- A replacement will be sent out via UPS. Keep the damaged item in the original packaging for UPS inspection and pickup.
For incorrect items follow these steps: (our mistake)
- Contact Old Main Frame Shop at 814-237-3442 or e-mail us at omfs136@aol.com to notify us of the problem.
- We will ship the correct item to you along with a prepaid shipping label for you to return the incorrect item.
