“Face Off” shows the first moments of the PSU vs. Army game on October 11, 2013. This inaugural match at Pegula Ice Arena was the first of many of what fans hope to be many wins for PSU. PSU beat Army 4-1 with three third period goals. This momentous occasion closed with the PSU hockey team linked arms and sang the alma mater with the Blue Band. Photograph by Steve Manuel.
“Face Off” is available in the following sizes: 8×12, 11×17,16×24, and 26×44.
Unframed images come in a white mat and shrink wrapped for protection. The unframed 26×44 comes rolled in a tube. Each framed image includes double mats, glass, and your choice of a black, mahogany, cherry, or walnut frame.

Photographer Steve Manuel captures the very first goal scored at the Pegula Ice Arena. It only took 3 minutes and 2 seconds for PSU to score the inaugural goal right in front of the PSU student section. Unfortunately, after that PSU racked up 33 minutes of penalties – but luckily it didn’t affect the final score. PSU won 4-1 over Army.

Welcome to Hockey Valley! Pegula Ice Arena hosted its first match on October 11th, 2013 with PSU playing Army. Our new panoramic of Pegula Ice Arena captures the action and fun of that first night when PSU beat Army 4-1.
The unframed piece comes with a white border and the overall size is 40” x 13 ½”. The framed piece comes with a single mat in PSU blue with a white v-groove and your choice of a black, walnut, cherry, or mahogany frame. The framed piece is 43” x 15”.
