A Tribute to Joe Paterno fashion-style. Why the whale pants, ‘cuz Joe liked them. Worn on the sidelines at the Penn State games, the beach and family gatherings, it’s thought that Joe purchased these Khaki’s at the Jersey Shore in the early Eighties. Also available on paper in many sizes, please contact the gallery for details.
Canvas pieces are available to ship either stretched or un-stretched. Stretched canvas are mounted with durable 2″ stretcher bars.

After winning his first National Championship in 1983 Joe Paterno wanted Penn State to be known for its academic excellence as well as its sports excellence. Paterno made his intentions clear – a new and improved library. Joe and his wife Sue started a campaign which raised 13.7 million for the construction of the new library wing – which was subsequently named after them. Our NEW image shows the entrance to the Paterno Wing of the library.
